Welcome to the Blue Trunk community! By filling out this survey you are helping clients and customers find your business based on their accessibility needs. It may look long but don’t worry, it only takes about 10 to 15 minutes for businesses like restaurants and cafes, about 30 to 40 minutes for businesses like hotels and museums! You are not creating an account and won’t have anything extra to manage. All you need to do is complete the survey and you’re done!
Once we receive your survey response we will add your business to our city accessibility guide. Existing guides will be updated with new businesses monthly. Is your city not listed yet? You can still fill out the survey! Once we get 10 businesses in a city we will create a new guide, so encourage your colleagues to fill out the survey too.
Did you make a mistake or need to update any of your business information? You have two options:

Use the link in your confirmation email to edit your responses.

Email us at Registration@BlueTrunk.Org with your business name and the information you would like to update.
If you have any questions while completing the survey feel free to reach out to us at Registration@BlueTrunk.Org and we will get back to you via email or we can schedule a call to help walk you through the survey.
